CHEF MICHAEL Le CLERC

 

With over 20 years of high quality restaurant experience, Chef LeClerc has sautéed his way through some of the finest restaurants in the world. This along with his extensive culinary wanderings combines to create a varied and ever changing cuisine.

 

Conversant in French, Spanish, German, and English, Michael earned his culinary degree at the famous Culinary Institute of America and has since worked in such ports of fine cuisine as Geneva, Maui, Thailand, Deer Valley, Frankfurt, New York, and Paris.

 

Michael's most notable work was in the kitchen of Jamin, Joel Robuchon's three-star Michelin Restaurant in the 16th arrondessement of Paris.
